How activation works
Your key is tied to your business, not to one machine. Each computer you activate uses one of the slots in your plan:
- Trial and Starter — one computer
- Professional — three
- Business — ten
- Lifetime Ultimate — unlimited, within one business
Moving to a new computer
On the old machine, open Settings and choose Release this computer. The slot is freed immediately and you can activate on the new one.
If the old machine is already gone — failed, stolen, wiped — email us with your key prefix and we will reset your activations. There is no charge and no limit on reasonable requests.
Working offline
The app checks in with our server occasionally in the background. Between successful checks it keeps working for seven days, so a dropped connection or a weekend outage never stops a print run.
If it has been offline for a while you will see a banner. That is informational — nothing stops working until the seven days are up.
If you cancel
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the app stops printing, but nothing is deleted — your products, templates and designs are exactly where you left them if you come back.
If a payment fails
We email you and your licence goes on hold. Updating your card restores access immediately. We do not delete anything over a failed payment.
Lost your key?
For security we store only a scrambled version of your key, so nobody — including us — can read it back. That is deliberate: it means a breach of our database cannot leak working keys. Contact us with the email address you bought with and we will issue a replacement.
Fair use on the lifetime licence
"Unlimited computers" means unlimited within one business. It is not intended to be shared between unrelated businesses. Very high numbers of activations get flagged for a quick human look — activation always succeeds while we check, and a legitimate multi-store operation is simply approved.
