What it does

Everything below is in every paid plan. The differences between plans are how many computers you can install on, and a handful of extras.

The designer

A blank label and a toolbar. Drag things where you want them.

Drag and drop

Text, prices, logos, shapes, barcodes and images. Grab a corner to resize, drag to move, and it snaps to the edges and centre lines as you go.

Undo everything

A full undo history. Nudge with the arrow keys, hold Shift for bigger jumps, Alt to ignore snapping.

Layers

Stack elements, lock the ones you have finished with, hide the ones you are not working on.

Align and distribute

Select several elements and line them up or space them evenly in one click.

Any size, any stock

Sheets of 65 small labels, a single A6 shelf card, thermal rolls, custom dimensions to two decimal places.

Templates

Save a design and reuse it forever. Import your existing Azuri Label (.albl) templates and keep working.

Your product data

The part that usually takes the longest, made routine.

Excel and CSV import

A five-step wizard: choose the file, check the preview, confirm the column mapping, review any problem rows, import.

Automatic column matching

It recognises the names people actually use — Product, Item, RRP, SOH, Sell Price — so mapping is usually just confirming.

Handles big files

A hundred thousand products imports in seconds and stays instant to search afterwards.

Keeps your extra columns

Anything it does not recognise is stored anyway, and you can still put it on a label with [Your Column Name].

Validation before it hurts

Bad barcodes, missing SKUs and unreadable prices are flagged before they reach a printed sheet.

Sample files included

Eleven ready-made spreadsheets for different trades, each with a field guide.

Barcodes

The ones retail actually uses, done properly.

Retail symbologies

EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF-14 and ISBN, with check digits calculated for you.

General purpose

Code 128 and Code 39 for internal SKUs and asset tags.

Two dimensional

QR codes, Data Matrix and PDF417 for links, batch data and compliance labels.

GS1 support

Application identifiers for supply chain and food traceability labels.

Scannability warnings

It tells you when a barcode is too small or the data will not encode, before you print five hundred of them.

Printing

Works with the printer you already have.

Any printer

Zebra, Brother, DYMO, TSC, Citizen, Argox, plus ordinary laser and inkjet. If Windows can print to it, so can this.

Direct thermal

Sends ZPL straight to Zebra-compatible printers, which is dramatically faster for long runs.

Start mid-sheet

Half a sheet of labels left over? Start at label 14 and waste nothing.

Preview before you commit

See the finished sheet, exactly as it will print.

Export instead

PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG — for emailing to a print shop or keeping a record.

Copies and batches

Three of each product, or five hundred of one. Same two clicks.

Practical things

The details that decide whether software is actually usable in a shop.

Works offline

Everything runs locally. Your internet dropping does not stop the morning label run.

Your data stays put

Products and designs live on your computer. Nothing is held in someone else's cloud.

Free updates

Improvements arrive automatically while your licence is active.

Move between computers

Release a machine from inside the app when you replace it. No support ticket needed.
