Refund Policy

We would rather you had a working solution than our money. Ask, and we will sort it out.

Try before you buy

Every feature is available in the free trial. Please use it on your own products and your own printer before paying — it is the surest way to know the software suits you.

30-day refund

If you buy and it turns out not to work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again. We do not refund part-months as a matter of course, but if you cancel shortly after a renewal you did not intend, tell us and we will refund it.

Lifetime purchases

Covered by the same 30-day refund. After 30 days a lifetime licence is not refundable, which is why we strongly recommend trialling first.

How to request one

Email amitpanta7@gmail.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Your licence is deactivated when a refund is issued.

Your rights under Australian law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, regardless of anything above.
