Questions people actually ask
Do I need an internet connection to print?
No. Designing, importing and printing all happen on your computer. The app checks your licence occasionally in the background, and keeps working for a week between successful checks, so a dropped connection never stops a print run.
What happens when my trial ends?
Printing stops, but nothing is deleted. Your products, templates and designs are exactly where you left them when you subscribe.
Can I install it on more than one computer?
Yes, up to your plan's limit. If you replace a machine, you can release the old one yourself from inside the app, or email us and we will reset it.
Is the lifetime licence really unlimited computers?
Within one business, yes. It is not intended to be shared between unrelated businesses, and unusually high numbers of activations get flagged for a quick human check — but activation always succeeds while we look.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Do you take my product data?
No. Your catalogue and designs are stored on your own computer. We hold your email address, your licence key in scrambled form, and which computers it is activated on — nothing else.
What if the software does not suit me?
That is what the free trial is for. If you have paid and it turns out not to fit, write to us within 30 days and we will refund you.
