How it works
Complete documentation: every tool, every option, every setting. If you read only one page, make it Getting started — it covers the whole workflow in about five minutes.
The short version
- Import your product spreadsheet, once
- Design a label, using
[Column Name]wherever the value should change per product - Select the products you want and print
After the first time, printing a new batch of shelf labels is step three only — usually under a minute.

The three things worth knowing early
Square brackets are the whole trick
Type [Product Name] and every label fills itself from your data. Add a filter
with a pipe — [Price|money] turns 4.5 into $4.50.

Format the barcode column as Text in Excel
Left as a number, Excel drops leading zeros and turns long codes into scientific notation. Neither scans. Read more →
Never scale a printed sheet
"Fit to page" changes barcode bar widths and can make a good code unreadable. Fix alignment with page margins instead. Read more →
